Players from all over South Wales have been battling out for the various age-group titles across the region.

The matches took place at venues across South Wales, including Cardiff Metropolitan University, David Lloyd Cardiff, and Swansea Tennis Centre.

Newport’s Nathaniel Walker became the U16s champion after winning his final match 4-1, 5-3. Meanwhile, Cardiff’s Ellis Cochlin won the U14s tournament final 4-2, 5-3, against fellow Cardiff player Grace Lim.

Rebecca Howley also took home a sweeping win (4-0, 4-0) for her hometown of Bridgend, beating Llanelli’s Eleri Rowlands.

Runner up – Ewan Mackie (Cardiff)
