Record numbers attend Tennis Wales roadshows.

Record numbers of volunteers and coaches attended the Tennis Wales Roadshows, which have toured the country through October. The roadshows visited nine venues – Newtown, Colwyn Bay, Wrexham, Haverfordwest, Brecon, Newport, Swansea, Penarth and Taffs Well. A record 83 volunteers and coaches attended the events, with 43 venues and two local authorities represented. “The aim was to update and inform the tennis community and its partners on latest developments across a range of initiatives, including the hugely successful Great British Tennis Weekends, improvements to the Tennismark scheme, and updates on competitions and disability tennis,” said Tennis Wales national participation...

Tennis Wales is taking to the road this month to meet players, coaches, officials and volunteers throughout the country.
