The Welsh Independent Retail Awards seek to distinguish and recognise the value of independent retailers to the communities and the country they operate within; showcasing the diversity within the industry, recognising and rewarding the entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen which lies behind the thriving Welsh independent retailers.

The awards celebrate and reward the very best in the Welsh independent retail sector. Based on a public vote, the awards commend the talented individuals and businesses dedicated to constantly delivering impeccable service in a friendly atmosphere.
Irfan Younis, CEO of event organiser Creative Oceanic, commented, “We are delighted to see so many people getting involved in the inaugural Welsh Independent Retail Awards. We have had a fantastic response from the public and we are looking forward to welcoming and commending successful professionals in a celebration of their tireless work.
