Competition to name £5.3million housing development in Treforest

Newydd Housing Association is asking local people to name a new housing development at the former site of Gene Metals, Kingsland Terrace, for a cash prize. Acquired by Newydd in March 2017, these brand new homes are being built on the Gene Metals site near Treforest Football Club by contractors Jehu Project Services in partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taf Council and the Welsh Government.
