Now returning to the live circuit by popular demand, internationally loved and much-acclaimed The Rutles announce a concert in Cardiff!

Previously known as the Prefab Four, The Rutles were created by comic figureheads Eric Idle (Monty Python) and Neil Innes (Monty Pyhton, Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band).

Known for their pastiches and parodies of The Beatles, they quickly carved out their own quasi-tribute niche in the mid 70’s, building a huge fansbase across the world.

With major releases on Warner Bros., Rhino, and Virgin, including two UK charting hits, The Rutles’ music is a masterful melange of resurrection, spoof, and homage.

Their notoriety has seen them collaborate with the likes of John Belushi, Dan Ackroyd, George Harrison (who involved himself in the project since its inception), Mick Jagger and Paul Simon.

Never has there been a greater tribute band, if you dare call them that!

Catch them at The Globe in Cardiff!
