Tennis Wales is taking to the road this month to meet players, coaches, officials and volunteers throughout the country.
The Tennis Wales Roadshows, which begin in Newtown on October 7, will bring tennis people up to date with news and information from Tennis Wales and the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) as well as other partners.
“We will be looking at the changes and improvements to the tennis club award, now known as Tennismark, introducing some of the new IT online tools available to our registered venues, and reviewing the success of the Great British Tennis Weekends, which offered free tennis during the summer,” said Tennis Wales chief executive, Peter Drew..
“We will continue to be different and work innovatively as we move forward with Great British Tennis Weekends next year, and showcase some great examples of venues getting more people playing more often.”
