Business leaders share secrets of entrepreneurship

Two successful South Wales business leaders will share the secrets of entrepreneurship at a special event in Swansea. Anna Bastek, founder and marketing director of Swansea-based Wolfestone Translation, and James Taylor, managing director of Cardiff-based SuperStars, will speak about entrepreneurial leadership at a breakfast event, organised by Leadership & Management Wales (LMW). “It’s exciting to bring together two young entrepreneurs who have established and grown successful businesses,” said LMW director, Dr Barrie Kennard. “They will be able to give those attending a real insight into what it takes to lead a business successfully, and how we can all improve our business leadership skills.” Anna has wide-ranging management and strategic experience and an impressive track record of building start-up companies and accelerating revenue. She was named UK Director of the Year in 2012, and is responsible for the development and maintenance of marketing and business development strategies within Wolfestone. James set up SuperStars in 2005 with the objective of ‘spreading the benefits and pleasures of sport to as many people as possible’. Roadshow boost for schools tennis in Wales

Teachers and others involved in schools tennis are being invited to a special event to encourage the continued growth of the sport. The AEGON Schools Tennis Roadshow visits Wrexham on Tuesday 26 February and Cardiff on Thursday 7 March.
