Scottish sophisti-pop duo Hue & Cry announce their exclusive Welsh date at The Globe on their forthcoming ‘Remote Stripped’ Tour!
In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of platinum selling albums Remote and Bitter Suite, Hue & Cry will be bringing a stripped back acoustic show, celebrating these seminal releases. Expect to hear your favourites from both these albums, and of course some surprises along the way!
Brothers Pat and Greg Kane from Glasgow, whose compositions and performances took the best of American jazz and soul and made it hip and trendy, have supported everyone from Madonna and U2 to Ray Charles and James Brown.
Setting the charts alight with a string of hit singles and albums in the late 1980s, their acclaimed Labour of Love reached no.6, whilst Looking For Linda and Violently (Your Words Hit Me) reached no.15 and no.21 respectively.
