The Between The Trees Festival is at Candleston campsite next to Merthyr Mawr Nature Reserve. Its usually on the last weekend in August and plans are afoot for the 2020 event
Between The Trees is a not-for-profit company which aims to reconnect people with the natural world through music, science and art. The company ethos is “Nature and Nurture Together”.

Dawn Wood is at the spine of operations of a growing annual event. Cultural Chapter which is a union of World of Words, Rhondda Housing Association and members of the public are delighted to announce that Dawn will be along to talk at their next gathering at Tonypandy Library on Tuesday, October 22, 10.30am to 12.30am.

The first hour will be book club where the people present will explore literature that they have taken out and read, find out more about nature through stock in the library as well as delve in to local history through a presentation from WOW.

Everyone is welcome to attend these free events, so please come along.
