PRESSED ON RED VINYL!

THIS IS THE LATEST IN A SERIES OF 10” RELEASES ACKNOWLEDGING THE LEGENDARY CHERRY RED LABEL’S 45TH ANNIVERSARY.

Some five years after his passing, the legend of Mark E. Smith and The Fall continues to inspire and resonate.‘O-Mit’ presents four previously unheard out-takes from sessions for the band’s 2013 album ‘Re-Mit’, including alternate and early versions of ‘Sir William Wray’ and ‘Hittite Man’ alongside material which was ultimately abandoned during the process. Pressed on red vinyl and packaged in an alternative cover originally intended for ‘Re-Mit’, ‘O-Mit’ is a must-hear accompaniment to the parent album, and the latest in the ongoing Cherry Red project to explore The Fall’s extensive archive.

10 years on from their creation this work still stands tall and The Fall will always be contemporary because they have no peers and their stellar substance will always be light years ahead of the pack of pretenders, wannabes and plagiarists who can only dream of such creativity, originality and glory. Long live the mighty Fall and Mark E. Smith, we miss you man!
